I've written some fifty songs in my life, but this is the one I've always been most proud of. At the time I recorded it, my voice and guitar skills were at their peak, I think. That only lasted for a couple years! (An inverted parabola, don't you know. Starting low, ending low, with a very brief maximum around 1989).
And damn, how I wanted to meet the girl I wrote this for. Never did...
